Subterranean By Design... ---Sleep All Day--- 2005-11-29 - 5:30 p.m. So Monday Night Football didn't go so well for my Steelers. They were soundly defeated by the Indianapolis Colts 26-7. I missed the first half as I was playing underwater hockey. THe second half started with the Steelers attempting an onside kick. They had the element of surprise but the kick didn't go ten yards and a Colt was able to fall on it. From there Manning marched the Colts in for another touchdown and things were pretty much over from there. So drinking on a Monday night is a good time. I used to do it more back when I lived with Kevin and Andy at Melrose. I was pleased with my decision to store my alcohol (I had some rum left over from the hockey tournament) in my room. I brought it downstairs to polish it off (with a little help from my friend Erin) and after getting one drink in me found that other people had drank the rest of it. Grrrrr. So I just stole somebody else's liquor for my next drink. I know; what a jerk. For unmentioned circumstances I didn't crawl into bed until around five in the morning (though I did grab an hour of sleep on the floor) and had to get up to teach at 10:20AM. I made it to the recitation and was able to do a pretty good job with parametrizations, especially considering that I looked at the material for a total of ten minutes. After that I had lunch with Benny Beckmann and decided to call it a day (skipping my 12:40 class). I was really tired and needed a nap. That leaves me here, just returning to the world after a four-hour break. I feel refreshed and ready to study and do laundry. YES! Actually I have to go to Meijer first. Fun fun. Song Currently on WinAmp: Feels So Good by Van Halen. For the longest time I only owned eight VH CDs. I had all the ones with Dave and the first Sammy album, 5150, and also the Greatest Hits Vol. 1. The song playing was enough to get me to buy the second album with Sammy, OU812. I'm not sure what the album title means. It always reminds me of Adam and Eve.
